"My wife and I returned to Catania after traveling around Sicily. We had an early return flight to Rome and wanted a room close to the airport. We were very happy with our stay at the NH. Stephano greeted us graciously and checked us in. David made us delicious mixed drinks and Valentina also helped us as well. The staff did us a favor and made us a generous ‘grab & go” breakfast the morning we had to run to the airport. We had a very nice dinner at the hotel, which was great, as there are not...

"We had to change rooms 3 times. The two bed room was not ready. They gave use a second room with two beds the door lock was broken so we had to change again. The third room was not set up with towels pillows etc. the rugs in this room were filthy with stains. They were not well vacuumed. "
