"We stayed one night to see Bruce Springsteen in Sunderland. Didn’t get time to use the hotel facilities as we were running late but what we did see and experience was very good, clean and tidy. Friendly staff, great location, fantastic breakfast. Would definitely stay again and make use of all the facilities they have to offer."

"We stayed for 2 nights, the whole experience from start to finish was perfect. Staff were so incredibly helpful, the swimming pool was well worth the £5 charge, this lets you also use the steam and sauna rooms. The location was great, with a bus stop round the corner for easy 15/20 min ride to Newcastle city centre. We will definitely be back "

"The hotel was spot on, the views were amazing facing the river, HOWEVER charging guests £10 to park your car is bad crack, for the price of the rooms parking should have been complimentary "

"Perfect value for money in heart of Newcastle. Good breakfast - except for coffee machine - not the best coffee. Not sure why there's paper cups - use proper cups so don't have to throw away. "
