"Nice"

"The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located. Staff is great. Lobby has games, gym is tiny but has a nice view and was fun to use. Some things to note: There is no bar or restaurant actually attached the hotel so no food options. Guisto is next door but not a part of the hotel and opens at 4 or 5pm. Also no coffee or mini bar in the room. "

"Our first visit for 2 nights January 2026 and we will definitely be back. We had a Venetian king room on the first floor. Loved the room, bed was very comfortable, room was extremely clean and the jacuzzi tub was the perfect way to end our day out in the cold. The only thing I will mention is it’s not very sound proof. We wanted to sleep in on Saturday and that wasn’t happening. You could hear them vacuuming and cleaning the room above us. Staff was extra nice, to a of parking and the pool was also in nice area. It was definitely heated but don’t expect it to be “hot”. But nice to be able to go for a dip in January Foxwoods is a minute drive down the street which was convenient and lots of restaurants nearby "

"We came to see Tom Segura and we were so pleasantly surprised by the accommodations! The front desk staff were friendly, efficient and welcoming. A beautiful property with an abundance of activities. Shopping, restaurants, and game floor were topnotch. Look forward to visiting again. "
