"Superb guesthouse in convenient location close to city centre. Close to bus routes too. Very accommodating owners. Lovely, clean room with everything you could ask for. Brilliant continental breakfast including cereals, pastries, toast, fruit/fruit salad, cheese and yoghurts. Cake and hot drinks also available during the day. Communal fridge is useful to keep your own food fresh. Really lovely experience with amazing hosts. Highly recommended!"

This is the place to stay if you want the perfect b&b in Truro. June, the owner, was a very friendly lady and gave us all the information we needed about Truro. Well located close to bus stop for short trip into city centre. Our room was very clean and comfortable and had all we needed. There was plenty of room to bring in our suitcases rather than just an overnight bag. Staff were friendly and helpful with local knowledge. Having a restaurant right there was so convenient at end of a long day. Parking was convenient and everything on one level. Breakfast was a good selection of the usual fare. Would recommend this property.
