"Staff were professional and very friendly. They made our stay enjoyable and made up for shortcomings in the hotel maintenance ( dirty and wear off furniture etc). Pools and gardens were an exception in maintenance, looking spotless. Be aware of aggressive sales for their expando club. My wife and daughter were very pleased with the Spa and massage service. In general we had a good time and would recommend this hotel, specially for families with children."
