"Beautiful place, but there was a sewer smell around different areas. As excepted on a tropical location, there were a lot of roaches (found 3 on the room) and in some restaurants (hoyo 19) several flys in the tables and in the food bar"

"Great staff, pools and the food was surprisingly great. The worst was the time share people being pushy and trying so hard to waste your time. Saying no 100 times to the “tour” was only met with them being nasty and saying the “young Haitian boy won’t get breakfast, you’re already here what will it hurt” but even the better staff earned it would be over 3 hours if you allow them to take you. Finally got such a young property much of our is beat up. With ask that said it was a great time with great food and staff and an amazing activities group you just can’t let the time share folks and beat up buildings get to you."

"The property was nice and a lot of the staff were nice too. Some weren’t so happy, but that’s ok. The view was beautiful and it was very close to a lot of tourist areas. If you stay there, you MUST eat at ekelekua for brunch. It’s like 10 mins away. The parking isn’t soo great but the food and staff are AMAZING."

"Serande Punta Cana Resort and Spa was beautiful with spacious rooms which were clean and comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The pools were well kept and clean. Buffet food was delicious with many different choices every day. My only wish is you didn't have to make reservations ahead of time for specialty restaurants because many of the popular one were already taken and many had vacant tables. Will definitely be back"
