"Wow we were so surprised. When you get on the street - if before lively dinner you may question what you booked. Or when you enter the reception lobby which is tiny filled with suitcases with no closet. BUT wait. You will be pleasantly surprised the rest of the hotel was huge and amazing. Staff are overly nice and make you feel at home. The rooms were big, comfortable beds and they way the set up our room for kids was perfect. We would absolutely stay at this hotel again or recommend it. Wait until you have breakfast in the prettiest room at the hotel. Enjoy! "
"We were upgraded to a 2-story room. Good and bad, more space but with stairs to access the bed and bathroom. Parking is convenient.
Location is ok, relatively near the centre but many stairs were on construction, we had to walk the winding streets. Taxis in Napoli are 99% unreliable and will charge you more than the fair fee."
