This is a family run business, and they were excellent and welcoming. The son of the family welcomed us upon arrival, and the father checked us out the next morning. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent place in Naples center

Excellent location, the staff was very welcoming and kind. The room was clean and got cleaned every day, and the host gave us excellent recommendations for food and attractions.

The Best Guesthouse in Naples!

Mario and his staff are simply the very best in Naples! They take such good care of me while I am there and their guesthouse is just so comfortable. It’s within walking distance of so much to see and do. I can’t wait to visit again.

Great stay and well located guest house!

Had a great stay at Napoliamo Guest House! The staff was easy to reach and communicate with. They recommended restaurants and spots to visit around Naples. They also helped us get an early morning ride to the Airport. Very smooth stay and the guest house was conveniently located near a subway station and central to main attractions!

We had an incredible stay at Napoliamo Guest House. Mario was fantastic in arranging our check-in, and Ana Maria was one of the best people we had the pleasure of meeting in Italy. She prepared breakfast for us and spent time chatting in Italian with my boyfriend, offering recommendations for places to visit and advice about the neighborhood and the city. We would definitely stay here again!

Mario was prompt and very helpfull with advice for attractions/restaurants, arranging parking, and taxi pickup for 4:00AM. Anna Maria was delightful and made us breakfast every morning. Room was bright and clean. We had a fabulous stay at Napoliamo Guest House and highly recommend it.

The stay was great. Every morning there was a breakfast with multiple options along with coffee. It was served by a very lady. The room was cleaned daily with new towels every day. It is within 20 minutes of most of the top areas and restaurants in Napoli. Fantastic place to stay.

Comfortable stay

The apartment would have been difficult to find but our host made it stress free for us. Mario sent me a welcome text message few days before our arrival and helped arrange airport pickup. Mario was also always available to answer all questions during our first time visiting Naples/Italy. The apartment was very clean. We would recommend this place to our family and friends.

Stay in Naples

Good sized and very comfortable room. Continental breakfast, which was included, was very good (one can also pay for a more substantial breakfast). Staff are very warm and welcoming, and made helpful recommendations for where to go, eat, etc. You have to arrange checkin at a specific time, as there is no front desk, which is somewhat inconvenient. Otherwise it’s a great place and we would stay there again.

Very grateful for the airport transfer, driver explained so much about the city during our journey. Room was in the city centre and the road was busy, but when the window and blinds were shut the room was very restful. Close to the port a short walk for our ferry. Would certainly return.

Stayed for one night. Our room had a constant noise from fridge all night along. In the morning hot water in shower was not working and we were taken to another room to shower (pretty awful). Would not recommend this guest house for this price.

The hotel was located on the third floor of a multistory structure. The entrance door was monitored by a separate doorbell system for each business. I had never encountered a hotel entrance like this before, but my taxi driver assisted us in contacting the hotel registrar and getting in. It was fine once I got the process figured out. The manager was kind enough to hold our luggage until it was time for us to check in on our ship the next afternoon.

This was genuinely one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. We travel all around the world and this is our 11th trip to Italy. We've stayed in some great places, but this one was exceptional. Mario was a brilliant host, and greeted us warmly. He has renovated this place to a really high standard with many personal touches. It has the feel of a place that has been carefully thought out and renovated with great care. It was the most comfortable bed of our whole trip. Anna Maria greeted us every morning with a great breakfast. She was warm, kind and personable and really spent time connecting with us. When she learned I eat a gluten free diet, she went out especially to get me items for breakfast! We stayed in 5 different locations on this trip but this one we will always remember. It was more like staying with a warm and kind local family. We have already recommended this place to friends and we will definitely be back. LOVED IT!
