"This is a very clean and comfortable place. It is in an excellent location, close to a lot of pubs and restaurants and to the National Archaeological Museum. It is air conditioned, although, when you leave the room, it shuts off and you have to reset it when you return. We had some trouble with the toilet bubbling and foaming but they had a maintenance person up immediately to look at it. There is a TV but it was not much use to use as the closed caption option did not work and all programming was in Italian. The staff are very friendly and helpful."

"The B&B Hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Naples, right on Piazza Garibaldi, with easy access to the metro and train station—a great base for exploring the city and surrounding areas. One drawback during our summer stay was the air conditioning, which could not be adjusted enough to keep the room comfortable in the high temperatures. This made the room feel too warm at times."

"This hotel is an absolute gem. We loved the room, the setup and Marco specifically basically planned our meals (suggestions and reservations), made great activity recommendations and the team ensured a seamless drop off at the airport that removed so much stress. It was incredibly hot in Naples when we visited and the AC had a bit of trouble keeping up (I might recommend they let the AC run for an hour or two before guest arrival) but that issue was tiny in comparison with the excellent service, comfort and incredible location."
