"À la réception service en Français. Très bien situé à côté de la garde de train et taxi pour l’aéroport à (€21 prix septembre 2026) petit déjeuné super et pas dispendieux. Seuls points négatifs: la climatisation dans la chambre et les corridor sont très étroit. En général très bonne chaîne d’hôtel. J’ai séjourné dans cette chaîne aussi en Allemagne. Point fort sans oublier la terrasse sur le toit."

"We received the loveliest of welcomes when checking in. We arrived over an hour earlier than we had expected to but this was not problem and we got checked into our accommodation. Our room was so clean and comfortable and there were plenty of complementary drinks and snacks. We were also given recommendations to restaurants nearby and on places to visit which we found very useful. If I would have changed just one small thing, it would be one of the chairs on the balcony which had a pin missing which made the chair unsteady and was therefore not the most comfortable for sitting on. But overall, it was such a lovely little guest house. I wouldn't hesitate to go back there if I ever return to Naples."

"The location was really good. Easy to get taxis to go to the central. Swimming pool is really small so need a reservation before using. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is quite good and they open early so it’s great for people leaving early for the aiport."

"I don’t write many reviews but I feel I have to for our magnificent stay at Smart Hotel. Rooms are extremely clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, location is great.. there was not one wrinkle in our stay. They even held our luggage for free for a week while we travelled to Ischia and back. Can’t wait to stay again"

"Naples as a city overall is chaotic, but the hotel was beautiful. The room was good sized with great bathroom. Breakfast was good, although my kids did not like the taste of bacon. It had the balcony and view of the port and view of the city."
