Home feelling, an excellent choice for family

That was a trip with my families, which include a baby, 6 nights staying. Truly Warm and nice host , Bianca posted me my baby cloths left in room to Jo'burg by PREPAID, appreciate that! Helpful local guides , and just let them know the requirements, it would be as free as home. Beautiful garden of course, spectacular mountain view. Thanks to Bianca, Chris, and Bundi, good memories.

Lovely!

Brilliant place to relax and enjoy the last day of sunshine before returning to the winter. Lovely staff, really nice rooms, fantastic pool. Walking distance to the Bird park, short drive downtown. Nice view from the terrace.

Nice hotel in Hout Bay

We were made very welcome by Caroline and Bianca and the room was very comfortable with a nice view from the balcony over the lovely garden. Although the street where The Salt House was located was nice, the overall area was not as nice as other places we stayed in the cape. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Overall, if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Hout Bay, we would definitely recommend this lovely hotel.

My wife and I stayed at The Salt House for 4 nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast (included) was great! The location (Hout Bay) was perfect for us as we were centrally located to a lot of things that we were trying to access.
