The hotel was amazing. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Shopping cemtte fik the vicinity with everything you may need. Rooms are good size, very clean with amzong confortable bed's amd and linen. Parking his harder towards late evening however they always try to park yoir car

The staff was great especially Chloe. Always prepaid to help and advise. I stayed for 11 days and have met most of the staff including cleaners and they were all excellent. Maybe a small bar needs to be added for guest to socialise and chat more

The road lodge met my expectations which were budget friendly, clean and convenient location. What could be improved up is the check-in time frame we waited for quite sometime and the door to my room was a little faulty so with every push attempt it looked like i was doing something i wasnt supposed to be doing.

N1 City Lodge

I’ve stayed there numerous times but this time the receptionist (namely Olga) was unfriendly and just complained the whole time about going home. I arrived early at 13:30, and she was on the phone for quite a while. She then said check in is at 2 and no rooms are ready, so I happily waited in the dining area, understanding that I had arrived early. After 2pm she said there were still no rooms available. The next shift arrived at 2pm, and Chloe took over after hand over. There was immediately a room available and I then checked in around ten past. Chloe was friendly and efficient. The hotel is under renovation and noisy during the day but that’s not an issue at all for me. Other than that, the room was perfectly clean and my stay was enjoyable, and I will stay there again.
