Located in the center of downtown.

fantastic hotel. Staff was wonderful. They could not do enough for you. Great Italian (rivals any found elsewhere in the world) restaurant attached to hotel who provides room service. I had an outstanding experience.

Comfortable stay and great staff

Booked this hotel at last minute and was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean and had everything you would expect. Excellent customer service and a breakfast you don't want to miss. The location is perfect for exploring Cape Town and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. I would stay there again.

Give this one a miss!

It was quite an underwhelming stay. Saw quite a few cockroaches.TV channels are almost non existent.Breakfast good but overall I would only use this so called hotel as a very very very very last option.If you value your money please spend it somewhere else

Ótimo atendimento

Os pontos mais positivos do hotel é o atendimento e o conforto do quarto. A localização é boa porque fica bem no centro. Só não gostei da localização para andar a noite, não achei muito seguro. A internet também não é muito boa, pelo menos no andar em que eu estava. O café da manhã é simples mas bem satisfatório. Vale repetir que fui muito bem atendido por todos.

A home away from home

From the moment you arrive, you are treated like family. The room is spacious and well maintained. The breakfast is wonderful with eggs prepared to your liking, meats and cheeses, fruit bowls, yogurt, muffins, and delicious breads for toast. Wash them down with a choice of three juices or expresso or strong, robust coffee. Any one on the staff is willing to make your stay a comfortable one. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel in a loud area

The hotel was really nice, great rooms, great staff and facilities. It was just a shame about the area it was in. Didn’t feel safe going out without the car and also it was very loud until late at night. I will reiterate that the staff and hotel was fantastic just shame about the area.

Nettes Hotel in zentraler Lage mit überaus freundlichem Personal. Leider hat die in unmittelbarer Nähe gelegene Gaststätte sehr eingeschränkte Öffnungszeiten. Kühlschrank im Zimmer fehlt und wäre wünschenswert.
