Used as a place for a rest and shower before a late flight departure. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff very nice. About 15 min drive to airport so convenient. Not expensive so good value.

The owner was very helpful and friendly. The house was clean and well kept. There was a a big party going on which made a lot of noise and there were drunken people everywhere in the house. The neighbourhood is not safe to walk by yourself. Location was good for us, near airport.

Truly a peaceful ‘gem’ with stunning courtyards and gardens. Very safe with 24/7 security. The theme rooms with private baths were stellar and well appointed, absolutely spotless. The kitchen and common areas were well stocked with everything you possibly could need to prepare meals. Dele the owner, brother in law Fernando, and John the housekeeper were so kind and friendly, all fantastic chefs. They made my stay at this ‘guest home’ an experience I shall never forget.

The best place I have ever stayed and I travel all over the world. When I first walked in I felt right at home the Host was brilliant remarkable decor. He paid attention to the white in the office gas if I had a choice I would never leave and if I ever come back the cape town Mitchell guest house will be the first place to check in. He has this three amazing animals a big greedy(so bring extra bacon)but they're very friendly and lovable. If I could give it 20 stars I would because he deserves it. The beds felt so comfortable, you never had to leave because he has everything right there Netflix, Apple TV you name it he has it. Very convenient location next to the airport the mall and many other shopping centers. He is very knowledgeable about his location and give you ideas of places to go and see. There is no other place that tops Mitchell guest house. Saying that from me is saying a lot about how special the host is because I barely leave reviews because most places I leave disappointed but not there.
