One of a kind mountain location looking into the bay! Amazing owners and modern rooms. Scenic views from our balcony were incredible. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend!

Even though we only stayed for two nights, it was really worth it. Ray and Sanchia were super helpful with anything we asked for or requested, the view is even more awe inspiring when you see it compared to the photos. The room is very spacious with all the usual amenities, as well as a few snacks and drinks and house keeping every day; if you need it. Lots of things to do around and nice places to eat. Don't be scared of the steps, they are definitely doable ;)

Absolutely loved my two-day stay at 1 Mountain Road Boutique Bed and Breakfast! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. My room was spotless, with comfortable linens and small, thoughtful details. The views of the surrounding mountains were breathtaking, especially at sunrise, which I could watch right from my window. It was a real treat waking up to such a serene setting! Overall, if you’re looking for a peaceful escape with a touch of elegance, 1 Mountain Road is perfect. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

Stunning Little Gem of a B&B

What a stunning and picturesque B&B overlooking Fish Hoek!! Hospitality was amazing and nothing was a trouble. I will definitely be staying again next time I’m in Cape Town!

Extraordinary!

Stunning views, lovely sun terrace, quiet, private, modern and extremely comfortable, with every ‘extra’ — from beach towels to full screen TV to extra blankets to delicious snacks. Ray and Sanchia are kind, thoughtful hosts, and went out of their way to make our visit pleasant.

Es war rundum perfekt! Das Zimmer, die Lage, die Aussicht, das Frühstück und der Service waren exzellent. Wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt in vollsten Zügen geniessen und richtig entspannen. Es ist sowohl für kurze Aufenthalte, als auch für längere (wie in unserem Fall) hervorragend geeignet. Der Service ist nochmals besonders hervorzuheben, wir hatten jeden Tag ein extrem sauberes und aufgeräumtes Zimmer und auch das Frühstück war tagtäglich ein Genuss. Die Besitzer sind am Wohlergehen des Gastes sehr interessiert und haben bei jeder Kleinigkeit geholfen und viele Informationen zur Umgebung und für Aktivitäten in Kapstadt parat. Es war unser schönster Aufenthalt in Südafrika und wir werden definitiv nochmal her kommen.
