The owner/manager was pretty communicative and tried to help out issues that arose during our stay. It was clean and smelled pleasant. "Love this place. The staff is great and so welcoming. Best part is the outdoor pool with the tiki bar and DJ. Bar tenders are great. Building is very old and you can see water damage in the rooms. They do try and keep up with the maintenance. They have a restaurant there. You can order your food and they bring it to the pool or your room. So close to the boardwalk. Definitely will be going back next summer."
