25 m² studio, completely renovated, in a secure building with lift, air-conditioned, sunny terrace area, central location, numerous shops and restaurants nearby. Calm and functional accommodation. Hotelier in the neighborhood, I am available and will be happy to help and inform you during your stay. 2 mins walk from the beaches, the Croisette and the Palais des Festivals and 5 mins walk from the SNCF train station, this accommodation is ideally located for tourism and / or business trips.
