"Very clean room and very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet for purchase but had a wonderful selection. Close to the Banff Park Gate for a day trip to Banff."

"Had to walk outside to get to pool. When you got there you didn’t know if there was room as it was limited to 17 ppl only. No robes provided automatically considering you had to walk out to get to pool and it’s cold. We did ask the front desk and got some though "

"The room was updated which was great, the beds were comfortable and the room had all the necessary amenities: mini fridge, microwave, fireplace, a sitting area with a pull-out couch, and 2 TVs. Our room faced the railroad, so hearing the train periodically was quite annoying but manageable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub but on the last day it looked like someone had some sort of accident and there were visible blood spots around the pool and hot tub which was very off putting. I saw staff near the pool area but there didnt seem to be any rush to clean up the blood."
