My only complaint is that our room was very hot on arrival because the ac was off and even when turned on it could barely cool the room and we were in there nicest room. "Wonderful hotel, the beach was walking distance. The all inclusive meals were phenomenal, multiple restaurant options for kids and adults. The Room was clean, all facilities of the hotel also clean. Service and staff were excellent. Would definitely return to the Hilton! "

"Poor service. Restaurants were empty but still didn’t allow us in.breakfast Buffet don’t have basic fruits like banana, apple, mango. Once food is finished in buffet bowls, no one is filling it up. Rice once finished , no one refilled the containers. Breads during the breakfast were finished. Ice cream shop guy said cones are finished even though I saw a huge huge box of waffle cones under the shelf. Couldn’t get premium liquor like macallan or blue label and not even glenfiddich at the restaurants even though we were ready to pay for it. JW Black label tasted very weird. Reserved a cabana for whole day but someone else took it without even paying for it and management couldn’t do anything about it. So so so many flaws. Will never go there again. Bad experience "

"The pool was wonderful, the drinks were nice, the staff were amazing. There were many scheduled activities throughout the day that we could participate in. The rooms were great and everything was very clean. There was lots of variety in all the types of restaurants and cuisines, but the only thing I would improve is the quality of the food as none of it was outstanding but tasted fine. "
