"We booked an ocean-view room; however, the room we received does not have the ocean view as described in the booking. I have attached a photo for your reference. As we are staying only for one day, we do not want to spend time changing rooms. Therefore, we kindly request a partial refund for the difference in price between the room we booked and the room we received. "We had a garden view and the ocean was still visible. The ocean was not very pretty this time of year (lots of seaweed in March) but the pools make up for it ! Poolside service was just okay but Dario at the Gondola restaurant made every breakfast special for my family of 12!! The housekeeping staff is friendly and so are the room service staff! We loved being able to schedule milk to be delivered to the room in the mornings for our baby. Overall we loved the resort and would definitely return! Momo (hibachi and regular side) are amazing for dinners!"
