The space
Situated in a private condominium, the apartment has everything for a comfortable stay in a relaxing environment.

-The main room has a king size bed for more confort and a private bathroom,
-the second room has a bunk bed with a twinbed at the bottom and a single bed on the top,
both have a powerfull air conditioning, spacious close and view on the lagoon...

We follow enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights:

● We sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob
● We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination
● We clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists
● We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay
Guest access
Only the guests will enjoy the apartment and the common areas.

The 1 km perimeter lagoon and the 7 pools are shared with owners and other travelers, it is essential to respect the condominium rules.

They can practice any non-motorized water sport.

And if you like to exercise, they will have a track around the lagoon where you can run plus an outdoor gym, but if you want to train at Plaza Vio Center there is a gym that you can pay for per week or even days.

Children will enjoy the children's games.

To access the Lagoon we will share a card with you, and a bracelet for each guest, which they will have to wear every time they go swimming. The card must be returned at the end of their stay, otherwise a replacement will be requested.

On Mondays the Lagoon is cleaned so its use is not allowed, however you can continue to enjoy the 7 pools around it.

Other things to note
To reserve we require our guests to complete their profile by adding an verified ID. As hosts it gives us a better level of security and we really appreciate it.

The condominium has a security booth where they will ask for your identification to access.

You will have to share your official identification and that of your companions in advance to inform the condominium administration of your stay.

The apartment is on the third floor and although there is an elevator, you should consider it.

When enjoying the pool you must respect the regulations and take the corresponding precautions since lifeguard service is not provided, your safety is your responsibility.

The water in Mexico is not drinkable, so we recommend that our guests not drink or cook with tap water.

Next to the subdivision is the jungle which can bring life to the accommodation, remember to be clean, throw out the garbage and not leave food to attract animals.

Remember that you rent an and our rates do not include daily cleaning service or change of towels, consumables are courtesies for the first night, if you have special requests do not hesitate to ask, we will always be willing to make your stay more pleasant.

In stays of more than a week our cleaning staff can assist you to keep the place clean and tidy, if requested with an additional charge per day.
