Love staying here for the quiet rooms and styling. Some elements are getting a little tired and stay seemed a little unsure off themselves at times. Love the free mini bar but missed bubbles on arrival that we've had before.

Overall a lovely stay however the walls were quite thin and we could hear the others snoring, loud breathing and children crying right behind our bed.

Property, location and room was excellent, as was reception staff. Service team in the breakfast restaurant were terrible - not trained, undirected and extremely poor service.

Room was average but had a good view. There was a problem with the light switches, the lights could not be turned off. The front desk staff came to our room to resolve the issue but were unable to and no one from maintenance was available. We had planned to sleep early because of a long day ahead of us so it was quite inconvenient to sleep with lights on. However, the reception staff was very helpful, they gave us another room where we moved all our stuff. Lost valuable time that we could have used to rest.

The location is good, you can park for free out the front if you get up before 6 am and move your car. Great to have the Palace theatre in the building, and walking around the lake is also good.

Staying at an Ovolo Hotel is always a great experience and Ovolo Nishi is no exception. Friendly, helpful, smiling staff who made my stay the best. Loved the hotel decor, bar & restaurant and the vibe. I’m looking forward to returning in 5 months.
Interesting artwork and signs that make you smile and feel good.
Beautiful corridors with lovely sounds.
The Original Atrium room is spacious, comfortable and lux.
The lighting in the room is art in itself.

this is an oasis in new Acton just such pleasure to stay here, ultra mod room, nice and quiet but lots of action downstairs and in the precinct i'll be back for sure only downside the shift of Monster to vego only!!!

Our stay was very good, the staff were very nice and rooms were very clean. Some noise from construction was audible in the morning which was the only negative. We really enjoyed the Nishi complex with cinema and restaurant

It was really noisy when I opened the window. I had to upgrade to get this room as the standard room was like a capsule - even the upgraded room had no desk to work at.
