Comfy 3 br home with a large deck in front and balcony at the back of the house.
Stay warm in winter and cool in summer with climate control in each major room. The bedrooms have a brand new super quiet and efficient state art Avanti plus aircons, the only 7* units in the market. Cook up a storm with new Miele oven and super clean it with LG Quadwash direct drive dishwasher.
There is a seperate granny flat with its own entrance, driveway and own backyard all completely seperate to the house.

Great location

The property has all the amenities you could need. It is in a great location for accessing all Canberra has to offer. For those visiting in the warmer months there are 2 outside areas. We are a close family so we had no issues sharing the bathroom and toilet. There is a driveway long enough for 2 cars. The host was very responsive which was appreciated and did check in to ensure all was ok. Would we stay here again absolutely. Beds were comfy, plenty of room in the lounge to gathering and the dine in kitchen allowed us to sit down together at meal times. Thank you Jaseem.
