"We were really looking forward to our stay in San Eugenio Alto and booked for 28 nights.Communications with Nadine were without any problems. The apartment itself was, in the main, fine. We did have an issue with insects on the wooden worktops in the kitchen and the cupboards above. However, this was cleared up with regular use of disinfectant wipes. "Die große Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie bietet mit 3 Schlafzimmern viel Platz. Die Aussicht aus dem Wohnzimmerfenster ist traumhaft. Auch die Lage ist sehr gut, da man einerseits direkt an der Bucht von Arinaga wohnt, aber auch mit Arinaga zentral genug am Autobahnnetz der Insel. Leider hatten wir bei Ankunft das Pech, dass die Putzfirma nicht gut gesäubert hat. Das konnte jedoch durch Carmelo schnell gelöst werden, sodass nach etwas Stress die Wohnung recht sauber war. "Die Wohnung liegt zentral zum Strand als auch zum Ort. Ein Einkaufszentrum liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist perfekt, funktional und in einem guten Zustand. Die Bilder entsprechen dem Ist Zustand. Der private angebotene Transfer ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen. "

"Good location 5 minute drive from parking in the resort. Easy to head North to Mogan and up to the mountains to walk. Being met by a property manager with his useful information,rather than a keystore was great. We were surprised to have to hand over 100 euros as a deposit,as this wasn’t obvious in the property details."
