"Pros: Location. Lots of places to eat and supermarket very close buy. Cons: Tv was problematic. Late night noise on several occasions from inconsiderate neighbours. Unable to sleep due to noise had to close the shutters because of noise at 3.30am!! Consequently the flat was very hot."
