"Everything was great I developed rashes and took a picture and sent AI that said it could be bed bugs (room 4101). When I got home I applied hydrocortisone and itch red marks went away. Sooooo, all great except this issue."

"Nice and clean, great staff. Restaurant had really good food, and open late for breakfast, and later in the evening. Closed for lunch but we were out touring. The shuttle into town is also a big plus as there isnt much free parking in Banff."

"The hotel staff was very friendly. We were able to have them hold our bags when our room wasn’t ready while we went out hiking for the day. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel was in a great location. The bus stop was right next door and was also walkable to downtown."
