"Stayed at Otter Hotel and had a great experience. The views were beautiful and one of the highlights of the stay. The location was also very convenient, close to downtown Banff, making it easy to get around, explore shops, restaurants, and everything the town has to offer while still feeling relaxed and scenic."

"Room was a bit hot, even with the portable AC unit it stayed quite warm. Noticed the heat register seemed to be on in the bathroom. Might have been the time of year where they were getting away from winter temperatures to summer. Doors or some noise seemed to be slamming quite late into the night. Otherwise the pool and hot tub were pleasant as well as the attached restaurant."

"We've stayed at this hotel many times when it was branded differently. It is newly renovated and beautiful. The Nordic spa intrigues me but it's not cheap. The bed was amazing. This was a one night getaway for my husband's birthday and it was the perfect space."
