"Lovely little spot near to the station and local amenities. The room was clean and comfortable. The lift is a bit small but not complaints. The shower and bathroom was functional. Stayed for a night and ticked the boxes. "

"The previous negative reviews are all plausible. I booked at the last minute so curious to see how bad it was. I received the door codes message ok although I never received the pre booking email mentioned by others. The room seemed ok and I had a ground floor room at the front with big bay window. But no power. But shower was hot. I knew I was going to be there for 10 hours tops so I lived with it. As expect, any calls for assistance remain unanswered. Yet yo see if I will be slugged a spurious...

"Enjoyed the stay very much. Owner was very helpful and responsive.
The apartment had everything you need for a family stay - cooking, utensils, washing.
There’s no housekeeping during the stay and stairs to take, something to bear in mind "

"The customer service in this hotel is excellent; it’s a really quirky boutique hotel with nooks and crannies everywhere. The bar in the cellar is great with, once again, excellent service from all of the staff. We will definitely be back. "
"Wonderful greeting from staff, eager to help and polite and respectful. Tanya the trainee was apologetic as she was on her first week but a notable asset to their team."
"Very well appointed hotel and it has a car park. Very comfortable room (we upgraded on site). Only concerns were queue for breakfast and very slow coffee service (due to lack of staff, I think)."
