"The hotel was fine but I cut my stay early and left after one night because it’s impossible to sleep. There is a nightclub on site that plays music loudly until 3am. I can’t undertake why they have this - completely goes against the hotels positioning as a luxury boutique relaxing experience. Management refused to given me a refund for the night I didn’t stay. The gym and spas is also non existent (two treadmills in a tiny room) and the service is as basic. "

"The house was comfortable and spacious. The beds were super comfortable. The best part was Socorro, the housekeeper, who cooked breakfast for us each day and kept everything in the house running smoothly. She cooked dinner for our family one night as well, traditional mole, which was delicious! Socorro did not speak English but the owner Ming was also super helpful and helped us with translations and making sure everything was in order.The area was above Oaxaca and an easy bus ride into town - we would definitely stay here again!"
