"The hotel was very nice, comfortable bed, good breakfast. The area is quiet, but still close enough to the city center. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue was we were put in a room that was right at the front entrance to the hotel and across the hall from the reception. No room should be in this particular location. As a result, it lacked privacy.

"I have stayed in a few hotels in Oaxaca city thru out years. This is one of the best when it comes to location and price. Over the years Oaxaca has become a tourist mecca. For this reason the prices on hotels have sometime more than doubled. This a great hotel to come and rest after a long day. Clean and friendly staff with WiFi that works from anywhere on the hotel is a plus. Location is great, walking distance from many restaurants and the great neighborhood of Jalatlaco. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

Expensive but worth it - staff were fantastic and really helpful organising anything we needed, room was very high spec, breakfast was excellent with an amazing number of options albeit it was expensive. Location was perfect - really close to the historic centre which was a short walk away and the area behind the hotel was also fabulous with loads of street art, shops, cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel"
