The service was great. The food is excellent, too. The room and bathroom were comfortable. The swimming pool is small and the water chilly. Good massage. The karaoke bar can get loud late at night. In the end was a little pricey.

Old world charm just outside Centro.

A pretty place, well tended A/c remote is old school and so a little spotty. The hotel did its best to help. Rooms are old fashioned but comfortable enough. Breakfast with the room is plain and limited but the service was excellent and the menu offerings are quite nice. Near a bus into Centro, so a good alternative at an affordable price. Nice bar as well. I’ll stay there again.

It’s a colonial type hotel it’s not your hotel chain, great service, traditional food, great pool , bar, etc . It’s not close to shopping mall but hotel people can call a safe taxi, family friendly place

Staff went above and beyond making our stay a pleasant and unic experience. Everything was great, food was amazing, garden was beautiful, I have no negative remarks but being greatful for such an amazing treatment. Raving to Itandehui, amazing!! Such a caring lovely lady whom kindly helped me at taking care of my mom wound. Overall, everyone at the hotel make us feel welcome and we left happy for choosing Casa Bonita.

Hotel is very nice, the food is great !!!! Be sure to visit the Spa while you are there. The staff at the bar is very friendly. The only issue I had was the AC in my room only worked the first 2 days then it stopped blowing cold air. i reported it 3 times but only got checked once with no help.

The staff went out of their way to make sure that they could do everything to make our stay pleasant Property itself needs updates. Soiled stained sheets should he discarded and replaced. Broken tiles and build up around the pool should be maintained. Provide updates and keep visitors informed about numbers to dial for services Do not advertise spa services if most of the time there is no one there.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The grounds are very lovely with beautiful plants, and at the time we visited decorated for the holiday including an extensive art exhibit of which we purchased two pieces. The building is a beautiful mansion in good condition. The pool is on a smaller side but lovely. We took spa treatments every morning, and these were excellent. Other than a small and beautiful sauna, there are no other spa elements such as pools or hamams. The dining anreas are lovely but we only had breakfasts, no dinners. Unfortunately we had no chance to visit their underground bar that also hosts karaoke. Our suite was lovely and comfortable. We intend to visit again.
