The room was disgusting and not cleaned from prior guest and the staff, after reporting it did not care. I requested a different room, and even though many were available, they refused to accommodate. I then request that a refund to cancel my stay, and they also refused, despite not having a clean room for me. Stains and hair were everywhere and garbage all over the room.
