the only reason i put a sad face for the check in is because my booking through expedia didn’t exist (management had changed and our booking was not honoured because the new management doesn’t have a relationship with expedia) it was a stressful hour or two phone call but expedia came through and sorted everything out.

Only been once to this hotel. Pro: - nice rooms - access to pool - big, outside, covered parking Contra: - pool is only open until 20 - some rooms (mine included) are situated above the A/C installation, which is quite loud

I’ve returned to the Canadá Palace 3 times now, and I rarely return anywhere, which should say something about how comfy I feel here. The area is lovely, with a beautiful beach, tons of restaurants, and easy access from the train station - something greatly important to me, as a disabled person who uses public transport. The rooms are a generous size, with extremely comfortable beds, and good-quality air conditioning. The little additions, like balconies with a table and chairs, and fridges available to rent, mean that I feel much more at-home here than I do in most hotels, which usually feel like places to sleep rather than places to live. Staff are amongst the most helpful I’ve ever encountered in hotels, and I’ve travelled extensively on four continents, including the Far East, where customer service is generally unsurpassed. Raquel at reception gets a special mention for finding me a room when I showed up early on Sant Joan weekend, but everyone has been excellent, and made my trips a pleasure. Facilities are good, sometimes great. The breakfast buffet and cafeteria do tasty food, though I haven’t tried the lunch or dinner service. The pool is lovely, but not disabled-friendly. I can get in and out well enough now, but my mother would not be able to use the pool. Steps at the shallow end, rather than a ladder, would have helped a lot. Overall, though, this is one of my favourite hotels and I will continue to return.

okay hotel, bad location
Nice enough hotel, however beds when not the secure (wobbly legs), the rooms were excessively warm, and the temperature dial did not work in the room. Location was opposite a railway station. With trains going past until about 00:00, and restarting about 06:00. Hotel used for student coach yours (was not clear on the booking) but was placed well away from them so did not disturb us.

Old and hardly maintained hotel. Room was barely clean. Furniture was partly broken and not very well kept. Bed was very good though.

Agradable estancia
Hotel cómodo, con buena situación, justo delante de la estación de trenes y cerca de la playa. Habitaciones amplias, las camas demasiado blandas. No dispone de nevera en la habitación lo cual sería realmente recomendable.También fallaba el aire acondicionado, apenas daba frío El desayuno bueno aunque la bollería podría mejorarse, lo peor es la mala acústica de la sala y el excesivo aire acondicionado

Hôtel espagnol cad bruyant. Chambre vieillotte. Personnels à l accueil très aimable ! Et avenantes au top! Petit dejeuner excellent. Buffet midi et soir au top et avec du choix. Piscine sympa. Plage sympa. J y retournerais sûrement.

Buena habitación. Amplia. Camas muy grandes. Limpia. Buen desayuno. Buen servicio en general. Piscina un poco pequeña. Lo peor, con diferencia, la potencia del WiFi en la habitación. Buena ubicación, se puede aparcar a 5' de manera gratuita.

Eten was niets gezellig, scholen met 100 kinderen van rond 12 jaar, een vakantiekolonie, waren aanwezig, dus het restaurant was een refter. Een enorm lawaai aan het zwembad met al die kinderen. Wat een toffe vakantie moest worden, was een fiasco!!

Hotel muy recomendable
Buen hotel. Es un hotel de toda la vida, pero ahora von mejor gestión. Es un Silken. Habitaciones grandes, dos camas de 135. Con terraza. Jardines, piscina, gimnasio, spa, parking.... Y cerca de la playa. Muy recomendable.

La limpieza fatal, mi colcha de la cama estaba manchada, los servicios mal, la piscina climatizada me cobraron y los chorros no iban y la sauna tampoco, la cama no cómoda, y el servicio un lio.

La colcha de la cama me la encontré con sangre, la cama incomoda, me tocó una habitación con bañera y poca presión de agua, y cogí la habitación con desayuno y hasta las 8,30 no abren por lo que me tengo que ir a desayunar fuera del hotel, ya que a las 8,30 tengo que estar en un torneo.

hotel convenable. on avait reserve en 1/2 pension ; buffet le soir . comme ils ont estime qu il n y avait pas a ssez de clients pour le soir ils ont fait au menu impose : entree (pates a la tomate ou plutot a la sauce tomate en boite) poisson avec frites ( pas cuites) dessert pas bon. je n y retournerai pas. la chambre etait convenable sans plus

diría que es un hotel de tres estrellas, no de cua
El tren hace bastante ruido y en las habitaciones que dan a la calle se escucha bastante, nosotras pedimos un cambio de habitación y nos pusieron en otra donde se estaba mucho mejor. No nos pusieron jabón en la ducha ni barrero el suelo en los tres días. El personal muy amable. Muy cerca de la playa ⛱

Nice, clean, easy access
Clean hotel and roomy rooms, Staff was helpful and eveything went as should be. Only negative thing was balcony to street side as it is next to railway which is loud in Spain. Single glass door couldn't keep noise outside.

Pas trop mal, proche de la plage
Hall de l hôtel fait bonne impression. Chambre vieillote,donnant sur la piscine, calme, carrelage salle de bain refait, fond des wc taché, baignoire abîmée , Le lit d appoint 10 fois plus confortable que le lit double, qui est usé sans parler du sommier qui bouge de tout les côtes. Personnel de la réception sympa. P'tit déjeuner bon, varié. Service de bar le soir au bord de la piscine pas très rapide même quand il y a personne. Il y a des chambres donnant sur la route qui traverse la station et auss la ligne de chemin de fer.
