10/10 Excellent
"Really nice hotel , very clean and the room was cleaned every day . The only problem was on the last night there was a buzzing outside our room all night , hardly slept at all . Reported to the desk in the morning and said they would look into it . Disappointed that was the response "
"The rooms were compact but felt spacious due to excellent layout. Kitchen was thoughtfully supplied, including things often omitted from such arrangements (such as including salt and pepper, and paper towels)
The staff was helpful and courteous. The only 'fly in the ointment ' was that we found the temperature in the shower to be extremely hard to set and unstable (but eventually workable)."
"Lovely hotel, great facilities & friendly staff. The room was clean & comfortable. The pool & spa were great, easy to use. Breakfast was tasty ( go about 10 and the rush was gone) went for a walk in the woods - lovely location a d used the golf bar too (showing the football) "
"We were a returning customer couple, since we had a great stay with them a few years ago. This time, the room available was upstairs and smaller, but with a garden view. The gardens are still kept very tidy and added to our pleasant stay. We had the dinner at the hotel which was excellent again. It is very easy to access the Park and Ride to get into the city centre (we were there for the revamped castle just recently reopened this summer). I highly recommend the hotel, which is apparently run by a family (according to the locals) and it shows in their care in maintaining the standard of the legacy their ancestors built over years."
"Very nice hotel. The restaurant had a children's play area and the staff were especially welcoming and helpful; Miss Cindy in particular went out of her way to be kind to our children. Finally, because the play area was designed in one corner, we did not need to worry about noise disturbing other guests."
"What a lovely place.it's a home away from home.
Next time when thinking of visiting gorleston this is aplace i can't afford to miss or recommend to someone . "
