Staff make the hotel, everyone was so friendly, I came with wife and our autistic son, he was made up with how staff liaised with him, even the kids pack which included a lanyard (he collects lanyards) Room was comfortable and breakfast was lovely

The reception, bar, and restaurant were very welcoming. We had two dogs and they were very well treated with treat options and good outdoor garden facilities. The staff were excellent, very pleasant and professional - they really made this a special stay!

Positives- Good options for breakfast. Staff were all really lovely and friendly. It is pet friendly so it was easy to get to the garden for dog to do their business. Negative- the keylock for my room did not work the entire time I was there so had to get the staff to let me in every time I wanted to enter my room. This did damper my time there.

The indoor pool was quiet and lovely for a family. Checkin was smooth with activity packs for the children. Breakfast was delicious with good options. Our kids ate free for all meals. Overall will come back again.

Friendly staff, nice decor in public rooms. Our room was clean, bathroom recently refurbished but certain aspects like the door and decor let it down. We were B&B, breakfast was excellent. The hotel is excellently located to get the park and ride into town. .
