My room was super clean. Everything worked. Comfy bed and pillows. The staff were lovely - very welcoming and helpful. Parking was free 4.30pm to 8 am + you get 2 hours free which means you can park until 10am. After that you may be lucky enough to get a hotel parking space or they may be able to get you a permit.

Very smooth drop off of luggage and check in. Room in good condition, exactly as portrayed. The room was vacuumed and milk and tea supplies were refilled the next day which was lovely. Breakfast was very basic. Unfortunately, no croissants or options other than white or brown bread. But good supply of oatmeal and cereals and juice, tea and coffee, butter and spreads (nothing fancy). Staff was almost always available or quick to respond.

To a Canadian, any hotel that leads with a snowbound shot of the property is okay in my books. Good location (right beside the train station, close to a couple restaurants, Indian takeaways and pubs), reasonable price, decent amenities, and continental breakfast. Main shopping area a 10 minute walk away.

It was a really lovely hotel and seemed clean, although very dusty on the bed frame and window blinds. The bathroom was clean but had a rusty toilet roll holder that needed to be replaced. Great location as only a short walk to the City centre. Overall, I would stay there again.

The room was very tired but very clean. Pillows were lumpy, curtains were odd, net curtain ripped and dirty blind in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and everything was spotless. Stay was ok for a night to crash after a festival in the city

Really close to Norwich City Stadium, station and centre. Good location if looking to visit Norwich. Good value. Room was fine with nice bathroom and shower. Nice a hot shower. Bed was a bit creaky but fine. Overall decent value, easy stay.

Lovely hotel! Recommend highly

Really lovely hotel for the price room is everything it stated to be lovely bathroom! Bed was comfy. Great location too for going into Norwich would recommend staff were lovely and always on hand and informative. Was breakfast If wanted for £5.99 which isn’t a bad deal at all!
