"The staff were friendly. Some things were forgotten, though, when we asked for them, like more coffee pods and kleenex, but we were able to get then through housekeeping by ourselves. The room was small, which we didn't mind, but there was no chair, The shower didn't drain very well, leading to water pooling on the floor of the bathroom, soaked up by the bath mat. We did love the ambiance of this historical building, the location, the original art on the walls, and the food in the restaurants was excellent. We would most likely stay here again."

"The hotel was good but the room located in the old building was noisy and the fan kept going on and off - this was disturbing and never kept the room at a cool temperature."

"Very unlikely area and hard to find entrance but once inside it is good. Only 3 parking spots that need to be pre reserved which I did not do. Staff assisted me to get a parking permit from city on their computer and print it out. Took 5 mins. $24 paid to city. Found a spot very close. Room was good. Clean. No bed bugs(I always check) we were not there long but had no issues. Stayed on 2nd floor. No elevators. Would stay again"
