"Great location in Midtown Toronto. The supply of toilet paper included two half rolls even though there were three bathrooms. There were no paper towels. The lamp fixture in the upstairs bedroom had a broken knob. The bathroom upstairs had a broken toilet paper holder. One of the ceiling vents was missing a cover. The cleaning service left the vacuum cleaner and mopping equipment in a hallway visible to guests instead of putting them away in a cupboard. Although it's advertised that there is a washing machine and dryer in the unit, there was no laundry soap provided. "
