We stayed just a night at the Timothee resort but our stay was amazing. The rooms are newly renovated and the aesthetics are gorgeous. The facilities offer a heated pool, fire pit, volleyball court and others. It's a shame we only stayed the night, but our next trip to WA and Busselton, we will definitely be staying here again! Thank you staff!

Awesome facilities, everything you need! Private! Fantastic location central to the wineries. Loved waking up and watching all the bird life! Our second time staying here and we will definitely be back and happy to recommend to all our family and friends!

Great stay, very clean and well kept. Walking distance to town. Beds were very comfortable and the linen was good quality. Highly recommend to stay at this property

everything was 100%

We have just returned from a wonderful two night stay. A few of our friends have been raving about empire retreat for years, finally we got to try it. It is a gorgeous peaceful place. Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and they even upgraded our room which was a lovely surprise. Had a spa treatment which was devine. The spa is up there with the best I've been to around the world. The breakfast was delicious and after reading some negative reviews about the breakfast, I can say it...

Excellent staff Beautiful rooms and extremely clean, the bath in the bedroom looking over the vineyards was amazing!

Lovely place to stay and a good location from alot of attractions

Excellent service and location

It was a great resort to stay at for four nights. Good facilities, close to beach and just off the main road. We would definitely stay here again. Love the foxtel too. Tip: take your bathers even if you think it's too cold for swimming!

Facilities: Home away from home; Service: Friendly; Cleanliness: Spotless;

We had a lovely 2 nights in one of the chalets. Loved the forest setting, the quietness of the place. Kitchen is very well equiped and the place was clean. The only thing was there was no body wash provided. We didn’t bring any and not used to using the bar soap. We ended up using the shampoo as our body wash. It was ok though.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom beach shack with my partner and 2 girls aged 5 and 10. From the moment we arrived the staff were very friendly and helped me arrange a great day for my partners birthday and told us the local attractions. They also advised me of COVID exposure sites around the area. I could not fault the service from all the staff. The beach shack was clean with comfy beds and air conditioning in each room which was great on the 40 degree days and hot nights. The kitchen had...

Very clean property even though it is a bit old , wonderful helpful and knowledgeable staff , and a great breakfast and an easy walk doon the street to the pub for a meal

Good location. Easy parking and access. Very comfortable bed with restaurant and bar attached.

2 blocks away from main town area, enjoyed the walks to the beach. Even though close to town, area was still quiet, must go to Al Forno down the road for dinner and kitchen canteen for lunch in Dunborough the best eating places over our 4 day stay, but the choices of eateries is high. An enjoyable short break.

Spacious amenities, natural bird life, wonderful decor👍Something for everyone, Easy beach access , attentive staff

A great family get away. The Chalet we stayed in was clean and we had plenty of room. Full A/C and nice hot showers. The kids loved playing on the bouncy pillow and seeing and feeding all of the farm animals. The BBQ shed was massive with plenty tables and chairs. We walked to the cheese factory and winery and the whole venue had a very safe feel about it. The staff were very friendly and helpful and one night there was a mobile pizza shop on site to purchase pizza. The park is close Busselton...

Very roomy . So peaceful.

It was clean and tidy, centrally located and had all the things we needed. I would stay there again.
