"Nice room to look at, clean, however, drain in the bathroom sink was backed up and bring up stuff that we hadn’t put down the drain… it also absolutely reeked. Also kept up through the night due to very thin walls and doors being slammed constantly. However if you can get past these things, it’s a really good location and a generally nice hotel, just definitely needs the sink fixing"

"The greeting was amazing at the Hadley, bright airy bedroom , good lighting and big modern tv and the bathroom was very smart, the star of the show was the breakfast full English perfect in every way Well done that man. The bit that let you down is the cleaners cobwebs on three walls, dirty bedding and carpet as well as the base of the shower, obviously we had the bedding sorted but the following morning in come the whirlwind cleaners, change the bottle of water by the kettle, change the towels and gone not a hoover or duster in sight."

"The noise was the main concern, you can hear people talking in their rooms really loud at all hours, the noise from outside is just as bad from the car park area. No noise proofing you can hear the floor boards creek whenever someone walks past. Seriously annoying if you want a break. "
