"Lovely hotel but unfortunately a wedding was taking place at the same time as our stay so it was very noisy. The staff were great and the restaurant was good too"
"The food and service was generally excellent. Parash is the best manager they have, he was brilliant and helped out with things outside his purview all the time when he was on duty. For the event we ran, the service was very good. Sometimes we had to ask for simple things like a whiteboard and whiteboard markers, but the response was prompt. It was nice that hotel offered an airport transfer, but disappointing that it came with a gringo-tax (it was double the cost of requesting a taxi using an...
"Reception looks nice and lovely. Staffs really welcoming and respectful. Room wasn’t the best. Cotton hook almost falling apart, bedsheets and towels dirty white.
Breakfast could do with a bit of variety.

"I am an incredible stay at Swarga Heritage Hotel. I was kindly upgraded to the premium Queen for my stay and it was beautifully decorated and incredibly clean. The hotel staff and the owner/architect Rahul were incredibly kind and hospitable during my stay. They helped to organize a pick up from the airport and a private tour of Kathmandu. The owner Rahul was very communicative over whatsapp and helped me to find great restaurants and sights to see around the city. They also offer a fantastic breakfast in the mornings as well. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, I can't recommend this place enough and am looking forward to returning during future visits in Kathmandu. "
"Brand new hotel in Tinchuli near Boudhanath, very modern facility, great rooms with diverse layouts nicely accomodating both groups and solo travelers. Wonderful local neighborhood to explore and enjoy the activity around Boudha stupa. Hotel Sherpani is same quality as the big 4 star brand hotels I've stayed in ktm, but with more local culture. Hotel Sherpani rates are a great value in comparison as well. Love the top floor restaurant/terrace/chill area, my favorite view in ktm. Highly recommend."
