This hotel collapsed during the 2015 earthquakes
"This hotel no longer exists; it is closed since it collapsed during the earthquake. Yet many booking sites still offer it. I should have clued in by there being no contact information anywhere - the travel sites or their (still up) hotel site."

"Nice hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. They helped me set up tours, provided an excellent breakfast (exceptional coffee), and provided same-day laundry service.
The hotel is remarkably clean and is in an ideal location that’s walkable to everything from Patan Durbar Square to Labim mall! The room was much larger than expected and was quiet enough for me to hold online meetings. The Wi-Fi is fast, but sometimes sketchy. That said, the Wi-Fi is still better than other places I’ve stayed in Kathmandu. The good news is, if you need Wi-Fi, there is a cafe next door and countless other restaurants in the area that have good Wi-Fi.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Timila! I highly recommend them to anyone visiting Patan Durbar Square. "
