The reception staff were not very helpful. The staff over the phone denied extra towel request. The breakfast buffet staff were friendly and helpful.
The state of the facilities available were very old. The communication to the guests were terrible. This hotel doesn’t match three star standard.

This hotel was great. The main issue is that you can’t easily access the golf course or the park, even though they literally in the backyard of the hotel. The is a big fence blocking access to the golf course, so you have to walk 35 minutes to the next hotel and enter from there. It’s really annoying because I booked this accommodation so that I could explore the forest, but the access was actually really far away.

Perfect country side getaway; Value for money!
Booked this place without much expectations as it was a last minute plan. The place just blew our mind away. If you are looking for a country side getaway, with stunning scenery, comfortable rooms, relaxing ambience and outstanding services this is your place! We were a couple and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. We will recommend this place not only for couples but also for families with kids. The only downside is the hardship of getting there from Kathmandu airport, although its only less than 10KM from the airport the roads are in real bad shape. But be assured once you reach the resort the hardship of the travel will all be forgotten.
