Excellent stay.

Very clean, nice buffet, and a peaceful, quiet location

Very clean and great room with a fantastic view.

We had 4 nights stopover in Istanbul and the staff was super helpful to plan our last minute adventures, like sunset cruise, private guides, private transfers and recommendations for dining and spa. Restaurants staff, resection and housekeeping all friendly and helpful. Thanks to them we got to see what Istanbul had to offer in such a short time.

Great hotel, great location, great amenities Only issue was the ritz Carlton driver on the way to the airport tried overcharging by an extra 500 lira even though it was a fixed fair. He backed down after some argument but not a nice look on the ritz Carlton to allow this type of behaviour

Rooms were a great size, internet was fast and the bathroom had a bath-wonderful

Front desk was always accomadating. Bless the cleaner and front staff Moustafa, rooms was so beautiful luxurious, esp the bathroom. Its kind of saltana vibes, loved it, close to everything. Good spot.

Great little hotel in an excellent location just metres off one of the most important pedestrian shopping and entertainment streets in Istanbul. Our room (102) was at the rear of the hotel and the windows looked out on a fire escape shaft which meant it was very quiet - it suited us but may not suit everyone so enquire when booking. The staff are all exceptionally friendly and helpful with local knowledge. I can see why this is so highly rated on Trip Advisor.

Fantastic location, away from the huge crowds and hectic noise, some good local eateries within 2 minutes walk but 10 minute walk to the key attractions and 15 minute wal to the various big eating districts

Fabulous location . Lovely garden area in front of the hotel . Large room and a great breakfast included .

Central location to key sights but located in a quiet street. Spotlessly clean with very helpful and courteous staff made us feel very welcome. Great breakfast!

I really liked the location. There is plenty or restaurants near by and is a short walk to the tourist attractions.. The best part about the hotel is the staff! Sam on the front desk was so great showing us where to go and what to do, you could tell how much he wanted you to have the best experience possible when visiting Istanbul. We also had so much fun on the roof top bar with Yasar and Ender. They were so great and friendly. Yasar even got the guitar out and had all the guests singing and...

The hotel had a great boutique vibe. It was in a great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. The King Size bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean. Great value….Recommend it highly

Great hotel with pool, which is a plus for Istanbul heat. Staff very helpful and breakfast amazing so much choice.

Helpful staff

This is a great up market hotel with all the facilities and service you expect from a much larger hotel. The location is perfect for the old city of Istanbul, just minutes walk away from all the places you want to visit.
