When you arrive at the hotel the Staff concierge very friendly and professional, they got my bag from the grab, brought it to the concierge area and another staff member guided me to the lift and said reception is level 40 and welcomed me to the building. Very nice entrance. Reception desk on level 40 and staff very welcoming and the area is nicely set up, big windows and you can see all the building around you. My room was on Level 11 and a corner room, small kitchenette and large room even...

Haven't been here since before co-vid. So as a treat I spent the extra for a suite. It's like it was only yesterday. All hotel she staff go the extra mile to be helpful. With the lounge access and lounge staff, it made it a great experience. The location is exceptional, straight into the Pavilion shopping mall.

Opted for an upper floor (The Level) room to escape the continual noise and business of Kuala Lumpur. Great decision!
Hotel is well placed for food, shopping, walking, and transport links. A three night stay after a busy three week break in Malaysia was the perfect way to recharge and relax before heading back home.
Will use the Melia again next time we’re travelling. Great experience.
