Top Bukchon Hanok Village Hotel Reviews

The Prima Hotel Jongno Insadong

The Prima Hotel Jongno Insadong

8/10 Good
"Decent location - about a 10 minute walk from the Palace and a temple across the street to visit, food and beverage locations nearby, Insadong was nice. But can't give a 5 star review due to the following complaints: -View was terrible, literally looking at the side of building. Even a street view would have been nice. Asked to change and they said they couldn't move us as I guess they were busy, not really there for the view so not a huge deal. -Shower has a glass wall facing the beds, it is see through enough that it isn't really comfortable for all to use. Also to climb in to the shower you have to step over a 2 ft high side to the bathtub and back out - terrible design all in all and anyone with even minor accessibility issues would find it hard to use. -Bathroom also has a sliding door so instead of having the toilet paper in a usable location, you have to reach way behind you - it's a minor thing but just not something you'd expect for what you pay. -Cleaning staff were kind and helpful and did a great job each day Would probably stay in Myeondong if we go back to Seoul as the night markets and street markets are there and it is much more happening."

"This hotel is extremely high value for the price. If you just need a place to sleep, the price is reasonable - plus you get access to their gym, spas, and breakfast features. For the same price as many hotels just give a room and a shower. I will absolutely stay there again."
