I’ve stayed at this hotel more than once. There are so many reasons why this place is a gem. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Whether it’s storing luggage or providing directions, they are patient with foreigners when checking in and checking out. Many cool amenities like a rooftop lounge and hot bath. The location is surrounded by fun, trendy shops and amazingly delicious places to eat. Even after areas normally close, you can find late night snack options. There is so much more too. Would certainly stay here again!

What a great oasis to center yourself while visiting Seoul! Can't wait to stay here again! Staff were extremely accommodating and helpful - cannot stress this enough. Especially compared to other places I've stayed in Korea that were more expensive. Thank you for making our stay with my elderly mother that much more comfortable and meaningful.
