We had an amazing stay after a long flight from LAX. The beds and room were comfortable and the service was amazing. The rooms are slightly out dated and you can see the wear but overall clean and well maintained. We enjoyed Cimer and would definitely go back. However, they do charge for towels, and make kids wear life jackets regardless of age or swimming ability. We’ll definitely be back

This is my 2nd time staying here. I love to stay here the last day of my trip since it’s so close to the airport. Check-in is a breeze. The staff are so nice, helpful and professional. My room was spacious, clean and beautiful. The beds are so comfortable. There is so much to do here like Wonderbox and Cimer. There’s so many food options available throughout the hotel. I would definitely recommend Paradise City.

Overall the property was clean and staff were friendly. Room was again clean but there lots is ware on furnishings as well as a major dent on the door that was somewhat questionable. Although this property is rated a 5 star but I think that’s but optimistic.

Huge and grand complex. Casino is right next to hotel lobby. CIMER spa, CHROMA night club and Wonder Box are right outside hotel plaza. Great place to stay right next to Incheon airport. Shuttle bus goes to T1 and T2

Great location as it is conveniently located 15 min from incheon airport. I heard about Paradise City from various social media platforms and how travelers will often visit Paradise City in btwn layovers just to lounge at their pool, spa or sauna. There’s a price obviously but it’s honestly worth it. Shuttle service is provided to and from airport which is great. The rooms are super spacious and modern. We ate at the Imperial Treasure for dinner. It was expensive but given it’s a Michelin starred restaurant the food was delicious. Highly recommend Paradise City if you’re passing thru and have a few hours to kill or to stay the night and experience all that the resort has to offer.

Every staff is well trained and speaks English well and are very courteous. Liam Kim was one of them, who treated us like vip and kindly answered all the qusetions we asked while we were guided into the room. He made us feel comfortable in use. Staying was very pleasant and we will come again.

My stay at Paradise City felt like a calm, indulgent escape. Everything flowed with ease—from the beautifully designed spaces to the gentle attentiveness of the staff. Cimer spa was the highlight for me—serene, immersive, and the perfect place to fully unwind and be in my own space. The room was spacious and comfortable, and while breakfast was just okay, the overall experience felt restful and refined. I would absolutely return for another solo reset.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The room service food was amazing!! Best I have ever had we had the ribeye 2x in a row with there fried chicken and fries meal. Room comes with a couple free beverages. Be prepared to bring your own toothbrush and do paint as they are not complementary nor do they offer any disposable amenities like hello love I’m writing a review about the hotel.
