"It was a nice hotel with a perfect location, but they did not want to give us any upgrades or any extra benefits are being a member. The air conditioner was broken and we had to call for service several times did not fix the problem. Eventually, on our last night got fixed and they gave us free breakfast to compensate. I wish that was offered by them rather than us asking for it. "

"Had the best sleep ever while traveling at this terminal hotel. A must for overnight layovers! Very clean and super comfortable. They deal attendant gave us earbuds in case of loud plane volume but my wife and I didn’t need them at all. The room got cold and was very dark for ease of slipping into a great rest. Will definitely stay here again when transiting ! "
