I had a wonderful stay at Crown Park Hotel Seoul! The location is excellent, with easy access to shopping areas, restaurants, and popular tourist attractions. I have 2 rooms booked, they cleaned the room daily. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The hotel was convenient for exploring Seoul, and the overall experience was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend Crown Park Hotel Seoul to anyone visiting the city and would happily stay here again!

Clean room, excellent water pressure, friendly and helpful staff who answered my questions via app, location is near Myeongdong. However we returned to one particular Korean BBQ restaurant a few minutes walk from the hotel. Laundry in the basement gave clear instructions on how to operate macines and how to pay.

I would love to share my appreciation for Joy at Shilla Stay Guro.
I arrived in Korea very early in the morning after being away for almost 10 years. So much time had passed that I barely remembered my way around, and I honestly didn’t know where to go at that hour. I wasn’t expecting to check in early. I was just hoping the hotel could store my luggage until check-in time.
However, I was also feeling really unwell and desperately needed some rest.
That’s when Joy at the concierge desk helped me. She kindly explained everything and arranged an early check-in so I could get some rest. What touched me the most was that she noticed I wasn’t feeling well and, without me even asking, thoughtfully assigned me a room on the quieter side of the hotel.
It may have seemed like a small gesture, but it meant so much to me, especially after such a long journey and being back in Korea for the first time in 10 years.
I truly appreciated not only her help but also her genuine thoughtfulness. Joy made my first morning back in Korea much more comfortable than I could have hoped for.
Thank you so much, Joy, for your kindness and warm hospitality. I won’t forget it!
